Terms of Service

The purpose of these Terms is to set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and the Users, as well as other necessary matters, in connection with the use of the Services provided by MEJE Works Corp.

• "Services" means games, fandom platform services, web content, and all ancillary services provided by the Company.
• "User" means any person who uses the Services in accordance with these Terms.
• "Content" means all digital materials provided within the Services, including but not limited to text, images, videos, and game data.
• "Paid Services" means services, items, and other offerings provided by the Company for a fee.

• These Terms shall take effect upon being posted on the Service screen or otherwise notified to Users.
• The Company may amend these Terms to the extent not in violation of applicable laws and shall provide notice at least 7 days prior to the effective date of any amendment.
• In the case of amendments unfavorable to Users, the Company shall provide notice at least 30 days prior to the effective date. If the User does not express an objection, the User shall be deemed to have consented to the amended Terms.

• The Company provides game services, fandom activity platform services, content delivery services, and related offerings.
• In the event of changes to the content, methods of use, or hours of availability of the Services, the Company shall notify Users within the Services of the reasons for, details of, and date of such changes.
• The Company may conduct regular or irregular maintenance to improve the quality of the Services.

Users shall not engage in any of the following acts:

• Stealing another person's personal information or registering false information
• Interfering with the Company's service operations or gaining unauthorized access to its systems
• Using the Services in a manner that violates applicable laws or public morals
• Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of the Company or the rights of third parties
• Altering information within the Services or posting information not authorized by the Company
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of the Services

• All copyrights and intellectual property rights in the Content within the Services (including but not limited to game design, characters, worldbuilding, storylines, music, and software) are vested in the Company.
• The rights pertaining to Content created by Users within the Services shall be governed by the terms and conditions of each individual Service.
• Users may not commercially exploit any Content of the Services without the prior written consent of the Company.

• The fees and payment methods for Paid Services shall be separately posted within the applicable Service.
• Paid Content purchased by the User may only be used within the applicable Service, and refund conditions shall be governed by applicable laws and Company policies.
• Payments made by minors require the consent of a legal guardian, and payments made without such consent may be canceled.

• The Company may restrict a User's access to the Services if the User violates the obligations set forth in these Terms or interferes with the normal operation of the Services.
• The specific criteria for use restrictions shall be set forth in the operational policies of each individual Service.
• Users may file objections to use restrictions in accordance with the procedures established by the Company.

• The Company shall not be liable for any failure to provide Services due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, or suspension of services by telecommunications carriers.
• The Company shall not be liable for any disruption in service use attributable to the User's own fault.
• The Company is under no obligation to intervene in disputes between Users or between a User and a third party.

• If the Company or a User causes damage to the other party by violating these Terms, the responsible party shall be liable for such damages in accordance with applicable laws.
• Unless otherwise provided by applicable laws, the Company shall not be liable for damages arising in connection with the use of free services.

• Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
• In the event of a dispute between the Company and a User regarding the use of the Services, both parties shall endeavor to resolve the matter through good faith consultation.
• If no resolution is reached through consultation, the Seoul Central District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
