Character Build Process
CHARACTER BUILD
A character is not a database. Filling in name, age, height, and hobbies does not guarantee that a person will move on the page. The same table can produce a human in one hand and a paper doll in another.
The Character Build process starts from a seed and moves through twelve steps until the character breathes. Creator and AI coworker build one full character in roughly 8 to 15 hours, including five medium-specific outputs.
Keyword bundles from a client brief or five randomly drawn cards from a 30-card seed deck.
A twelve-step integrated sheet, a 1,500-character daily-life scene, answers to 22 deep questions, five-act transition, and output formats for library, TRPG, scenario, animation, and web novel.
